“Working to improve the healthcare industry is a passion for me. During my sophomore year in college my father was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease and watching firsthand the inconsistencies in service and compassion during his healthcare journey left a mark on me to strive for a better patient experience and culture in our industry,” said Mr. De La Garza.
